The Product Suite

DataSwitch is a purpose-built K3 software solution designed to help businesses integrate multiple disconnected systems and enable them to set up multiple dataflows from one or more sources combined with business process automation. The suite comprises both on-premise and cloud based offerings which enables the solution to align to our customers integration strategy, enabling customers to take control of the integrations and leverage the streamlining of information across their entire IT estate, while at the same time reducing the time to value.

You will have responsibilities for implementing client facing technical integration solutions, training partners and end customers in using the product suite, generating supporting material such as training guides, and contributing to the strategic direction of the product through client feedback and functional gap-analysis.

You will have a strong technical background, coupled with a good understanding of day to day business processes that make up the operational tasks of our customers. Utilising your technical skills you will work with multiple integration sources including SQL Server (plus other databases), CRM systems, EDI, E-Commerce platforms, etc.

Ideally you should have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics product range, with a specific advantage towards D365 Business Central (formerly NAV) and or D365 Customer Engagement (formerly CRM).

The role is office-based, with 3-4 days per week client/partner travel on average around the UK and Abroad. Therefore, you must have the flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required. All expenses are paid when travelling to client sites. This role is an ideal challenge for a technical business analyst that enjoys adding value to traditional ERP systems. Integration and automation of information through a business can produce huge returns on investment and make a material difference to a business. The work is challenging and very rewarding.

Key Skills/Experience

· Demonstrable experience in the MS Dynamics range, preferably D365 Business Central and/or Customer Engagement. Additional consideration to candidates who can demonstrate integration experience utilising these systems such as EDI integration or E-Commerce to and from Dynamics.

· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of key business processes and aptitude to learning processes in different markets.

· Experience in ETL design and development – Knowledge of XML would be highly advantageous

· Excellent stakeholder management skills

· First-class communicator, both written and oral
