To carry out a wide variety of administrative tasks for the Recruitment function. Also the opportunity to learn and get involved in direct sourcing for niche/hard to fill postions within the business.
There will be a wide variety of administrative tasks to get involved with. A significant proportion of this will liasing with Hiring Managers and the Resourcing team to book candidate interviews. In addtion to this you will need to help with day to day candidate interaction, raising new jobs on the ATS (Workable), publishing jobs on the external careers website and various job boards and contacting candidates to make offers.
Alongside these administrative tasks there is also the opportunity to get involved with the direct sourcing of external candidates if this would be of interest.
Previous experience of working in a recruitment administrative role within an agency or internally within a company would be ideal. An added bonus if you happen to have direct sourced for candidates before but this is not a must.
There will be an initial telephone interview with the Recruitment Manager followed by a face to face interview at the Salford office.
