The Sales & Projects Administrator will be responsible for managing and servicing the back-office processes associated with the Sales & Projects teams.

Ad-hoc Consultancy Day

To take as an input the service request form, then based upon the requirement to diarise consultancy days for smaller ad-hoc requirements, which don’t form part of a broader more formally managed project.

The role is responsible for ensuring that sufficient information is provided by the requester (typically the K3 Syspro Account Manager) to support the creation of a diary booking and from there to populate and send to Accounts the requisite information to create the contract, which once complete will be used to populate the SinglePoint consultant booking.

The Sales & Projects Administrator will work with the customer to agree the date of the consultancy visit to fulfil the work request.

Sales Support

To provide assistance regarding smaller ad-hoc requests between the K3 Syspro Account Management and Accounts departments, helping to ensure that the Account Manager’s effective customer facing time is able to be increased.

This includes (but is not limited to), requesting quotations for software and services from the Accounts department, for onward provision to the Account Managers to format and present to the customer, in addition to liaising with other internal K3 Syspro departments to co-ordinate administrative activity across departments.

Skills, Competence, Attribute

Essential Desirable

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in an organised fashion, being able to balance a high volume of requests concurrently

Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, to ensure all diarised work is assigned to correct budget codes for invoicing purposes

Ability to resolve customer issues

Ability to maintain a pleasant manner and calm disposition in difficult situations, with customers and with the implementation team


Project management experience

Account management experience

Experience of scheduling work with pooled resource

Knowledge of the K3 Syspro customer base
