We are looking for a Web Developer to join our e-commerce team.

This is a great opportunity to join one other Web Developer in building and maintaining our proprietary e-commerce solution, with the opportunity to influence the design and development of future projects.

The Role

You will be developing and maintaining the organisations own e-commerce solution based on ASP.NET, SOAP API and Microsoft SQL. Additionally, we are starting to develop separate software that will use Angular and REST, and so experience in these areas will be a distinct advantage.

As you will be in a small team that is responsible for the entire lifecycle, it is essential that you are highly motivated and a very strong technical problem-solver.

You will also require good communication skills as you will deal directly with customers in specifying, deploying and supporting the websites.

What we NEED from you, in terms of experience;

Demonstrable experience developing websites using ASP.NET

Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript

Experience integrating with APIs

Ability to query SQL Server and T-SQL databases

Great communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

HTML, HTML5 and CSS (mentioned for the benefit of the search engines)

Experience writing APIs in VB.Net or C#
