Working as part of the Product team, the role of Integration Specialist will be to provide implementation, training and support services for all projects that require integration work both in product development as well as customer implementation projects. Through our services, our partnerships and our software, we believe in making technology relevant for all of our customers.
Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, coupled with a good understanding of day to day business processes. The role provides an opportunity to work with the worlds leading enterprise systems along with some of the worlds leading Retail organisations.
This role is an ideal challenge for an individual that enjoys creating mutual value both internally with colleagues and direct with clients as part of customer engagements. Integration and automation of information through a business can produce huge returns on investment and make a material difference to a business, therefore rewarding for the implements who deliver these projects.
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics product range (especially with NAV/Dynamics 365 BC and CRM/Dynamics 365 CE)
- Business practice and operational process knowledge
- Effective communication skills. Maintain healthy communication between team and other stakeholders
- Team player
Technical experience with:
- API’s, Web Services
- XML, JSON data languages
- HTML, CSS of similar technologies
- Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS
- Experience with enterprise integration tools is a plus
