Job Summary

The role is to develop the sales and partner strategy for K3 |fashion and K3|business planning enterprise product on Microsoft D365 F&O. Working with the Partner and Sales team, product marketing manager and commercial product management execute by structuring, negotiating, and closing revenue opportunities and generating deals with our key partners and via end customer direct model.


Key Accountabilities

The Partner Sales Manger will be responsible for the products P&L, pricing model and go to market by identifying opportunities for new business through on-going research, channel partner relationships, and strategic analysis of products and marketplace; leveraging a network of relationships with external partners; turning leads from outside sources into meetings and opportunities via the leadership and management of the team

Lead the team covering US and Canada, EMEA, APAC to accelerate our partner indirect and direct model

Accountability for all aspects of partner and customer activities

Assuming responsibility for all facets of business development to acquire, build, maintain and manage partner and customer relationships.

Work in conjunction with internal legal department and commercial development to manage all sales process best practice

To work with the K3 marketing team to identify localized campaigns and events with partners to drive new opportunities as part of the strategic sales plan

Reporting - Sales forecasting and weekly and monthly activity reports

Overall responsibility for the upkeep of data in the CRM system for all opportunities

Provides expertise and insights to further refine messaging, positioning and marketing materials for our solutions

Account manage our existing US and Canadian customers with the intent to drive more revenue either via the partner or direct

To professionally represent K3 group to C level audiences at customer, partner and Microsoft engagements


Experience and Skills

To be able to manage and lead a remote international team

Proficient in structuring complex deals and securing partnerships with enterprise partners and customers.

Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, secure new business and build lasting professional relationships with c-level executives.

Bright, dynamic, and articulate with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.

Strong financial acumen and can manage accounts to achieve financial profitability goals.

Ability to excel in a goal-oriented sales environment

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

Team player with proven record of team innovation, creativity and results - Essential.

Good IT, budget and report writing skills

Frequent national and international travel will be required


Qualifications

Degree level with a proven experience of driving sales growth in your previous role.
