Meet Kerry Odyniec

After completing sixth form with 3 A-levels and having no idea what I wanted to do, I decided I would hold off going to university and see what else was out there. After applying for several jobs, one key thing was missing, experience. Thankfully I found this apprenticeship scheme at K3.

In July 2012, I started my role at K3. For the first year I worked in every department from sales, to building tills with the engineers, to working with accounts etc. This was critical to understanding how the business and each department worked.

Fast forward to 2013, after a year of studying and finding my place within the business, I was offered a full-time position, say hello to the new Sales and Marketing Assistant!

I have now been with K3 for 7 years and currently work as a Sales and Marketing Executive. The thing I love about the business that has kept me here for so long is the diversity within the role but also the people. Even though we are a global company we couldn’t find a nicer bunch of people.

Calling all those Information Technology minded! Whether you have excelled at the subject or are the first one family and friends call when an IT problem occurs we want to hear from you. Our business is built on the expertise and knowledge of some amazing people and we want you to become one of them! Join us on the journey as we look to grow our own future Infrastructure Technician stars of tomorrow today!

Through training and a dedicated line manager you’ll gain valuable work experience and on the job training that will set you on the golden path to becoming a Support Analyst at K3. And all this delightfully with a salary and no tuition fees to worry about in later life!

That’s all fine and well but what actually is a Support Analyst you may say! Well to keep it brief you will provide vital support to our large customer base. This will be done over the phone or via a remote desktop ensuring our customers issues are understood, logged and resolved t the highest of standards.
